More than 12 years handling residential, commercial, educational, municipal, large-loss, and complex property claims throughout New England. Experience includes daily claim handling, business income evaluations, major fire losses, freeze losses, water losses, and complex losses requiring coordination among policyholders, contractors, engineers, consultants, and carrier representatives.
Construction Background
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Brandon spent eight years in construction and restoration. Beginning in the field as a laborer and later advancing into estimating and project sales, he developed practical knowledge of building systems, repair methods, contractor operations, and reconstruction costs. That hands-on experience continues to support claim investigations, scope development, valuation analysis, and appraisal work today.

Most notably, he completed a 70-day, 14,297-mile journey through 28 states, navigating remote roads, changing weather, equipment issues, and complex logistics along the way. The experience reinforced the persistence, preparation, and problem-solving mindset that also defines his professional approach.
